The Healthiest Time to Eat Dinner, Says Study

The study classified an early dinner as a meal eaten three to four hours before bedtime, following our circadian cycle.

Early eaters had lower blood glucose, greater fat-burning, better sleep, and more vitality.

Along with weight loss, insulin resistance, fasting glucose, and LDL cholesterol improved.

This consistent eating routine may balance blood sugar, minimizing hunger and energy dips.
